EU Sudbury 

Telesales/Driving Assistant

EU Ltd are a family owned and run company with 18 branches throughout East Anglia offering a wide range of car parts and accessories.

We have a vacancy for a Telesales/Driving Assistant at our branch in Sudbury.

The role:

This is a varied and busy role based in our Sales Office. Duties will include answering the phones, administration duties, driving sales, talking to suppliers and customers. Other duties will include supporting the Warehouse with driving duties when needed.

You will be contracted 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), to include rotational Saturdays. Some flexibility will be required.

About you:

The successful candidate would need to hold a full manual driving licence and possess previous Motor Trade experience (this is preferred).

You will have a passion for giving great customer service and be able to work in a team. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and tackle any given task with a hands on, can do approach.

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

Benefits available including; Staff purchase privilege and Pension Contribution which are available after a qualifying period.

Salary – you will be recruited on minimum wage, however after a qualifying period this will increase. (This will be discussed in more detail at interview).

Office/Telesales Assistant

We have a vacancy for an Office/Telesales Assistant at our branch in Great Yarmouth.

The role:

This is a varied and busy role based in our Sales Office. Duties will include answering the phones, administration duties, driving sales, talking to suppliers and customers. Other duties will include supporting the Warehouse with driving duties when needed so flexibility is a must.

You will be contracted 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), to include rotational Saturday mornings.

About you:

The successful candidate would need to hold a full manual driving licence and ideally possess previous Motor Trade experience (this is preferred but not essential).

Confident on the telephone and using computers.

You will have a passion for giving great customer service and be able to work in a team. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and tackle any given task with a hands on, can do approach.
